Client Satisfaction Feedback Scores
We take the quality and impact of our work very seriously. As part of our efforts to monitor what we do and how we are perceived, we ask every client to participate in a client satisfaction feedback survey about the services that we have provided them.
We take all of the feedback that we receive very seriously. The average scores on three key questions for all of the engagements where we have gotten responses are as follows:
- Overall, how well did we meet your expectations? 9.6
- How would you rate the value delivered for the money spent? 9.4
- Percentage of companies that would ask us to work with them again: 100%

The results reflect all engagements completed since January 2009.
The scores are based upon a 1 (lowest)-10 (highest) scale.
